What if I forget my password ?
Click on "Forgot Your Password" on the login page, and a reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
Can I book vendors through app?
As of now, you can check availability of vendors directly through the app, if there is an available slot we will directly help to take the conversation forward and potentially book them online/offline.
What are your customer support hours?
Our support team is active Monday to Sunday, 10 AM – 7 PM (IST). For urgent wedding-day issues, we also provide after-hours assistance through WhatsApp.
Does WedBazaar help me shortlist vendors?
We offer: Vendor shortlisting Customized recommendations Vendor comparison and guidance If a customer wants these additional services, they can request a premium support package.
